Thank you Wendi for your kind words of appreciation and your willingness to publish my experience on this website. I continue to find more & more information/evidence on a daily basis about this man-made disease, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis. Below will be links to data that I have found. I am still willing to send your firm a copy/cd of my research, (NSF MDL 1909 plaintiff firms use only, of course). I simulated the printing of the cd several months ago and gave up from exhaustion when reaching the letter (O) in just my medical nsf .pdf files and had already exceeded 11,000 pages. I estimate the cd contains 15,000+ nsf specific data. There has been two paralegals working with my cd for several months now and have not filtered all of the data to date.

The most logical pathogenosis of gadolinium/NSF has already been described in research I found of a questionably similar disease Scleroderma. This is a link to the only article I've found to date that describes in detail the know pathogenosis of Scleroderma, which common sense says is the same pathnogenosis of gadolinium/NSF. The medical community is playing dumb, but the truth is out there.

Scleroderma affects roughly one hundred thousand people in the U.S. alone; exact numbers do not exist because minor cases are often misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all. The disease causes thickening and hardening of the skin and damages arteries, joints and internal organs such as the lungs and kidneys.
"Fibrotic component. Fibrosis is a process that follows chronic inflammation in the progression of scleroderma. Fibrotic tissue is a scar tissue, which is thick and rigid because of excess accumulation of the protein (collagen). Initially, the excess of collagen produces thick, tight skin and resultant pain and burning. This problem is easily diagnosed and requires no laboratory or special testing.

"Fibrotic changes within the lung tissue may parallel the changes in the skin, giving rise to symptoms of chronic inflammation. Using high-resolution computed tomography (CT) of the lungs, researchers can evaluate thin sections of the lungs for early signs of inflammation. (A discussion of this work, along with CT images showing the effects of scleroderma, are available online from research group at at Los Alamos National Laboratory.) Repeated testing of the lung function allows the doctor to follow the response to treatment.

"Results show that exposure to toxic oxygen products causes certain tissue molecules to break apart, but only in the presence of abnormal amount of iron, copper, zinc and other metals in the body. Fragmentation of these molecules exposes hidden parts of the molecules that the immune system has never seen. The immune system 'sees' the newly exposed parts as foreign invaders and produces the antibodies against them. This produces the symptoms of scleroderma. (this is my comment/belief as to what is really being said as fact) This is also the most logical/probable pathogenesis of gadolinium/NSF. The medical community has conveniently/intentionally withheld/suppressed their long time knowledge of the chemical "redox" reactions at the cellular level being catalyzed by abnormal accumulations of "metals" within a patients tissue. These metal catalyzed chemical reactions produce by-products (bad oxygen's, hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide, etc..) that are capable of damaging cells by breaking them open, which in turn damages the strands of DNA contained within the cells. When the patients auto-immune system encounter these damaged cells/DNA it no longer recognizes the damaged cells as being a normal part of the patients body. The auto-immune system the launches/triggers a full scale attack against the damaged cells, which begins the fibrosing process that science claims to understand from that point on. When the auto-immune system is triggered for any reason, it not only releases the fibroblast/cytokines/etc...from the patients bone marrow, but it ALSO releases even more gadolinium that had been stored in the bone marrow from previous gadolinium exposures.

"Clinical studies are underway. Hopkins scientists are investigating what causes the abnormal cellular metal accumulation and whether the abnormal metals cause the blood vessels to narrow. The team is also studying drugs that might prevent the autoantigens from being fragmented."

Las Alamos/Oak Ridge and many other death labs need de-commissioned/de-stroyed & de-buried in a 10' thick concrete tomb. The employee's and there regulatory agency been given one chance to apply their skills to something not lethal/productive in another closely monitored environment or be sent to prison for a threat to mankind and it's so-called civilized societies.

A link to a complete listings of the Government Accountability Office audits of the FDA (448 audit results), they are informative to say the least, evidence of serious problems with our regulatory agencies to be just plain honest. Especially the discovered flaws in the FDA's monitored clinical drug trials. Anyone can go to the to the search area on the website below and delete the acronym [FDA] and type in CDC, DHS, HHS, etc......to read the audits of any federal agency,,,,,it is our tax dollars at work and a wake-up call for the taxpayers/the people.

Hello,
I am a "non-renal impaired" patient/human/person dying from this NSF/gadolinium-associated systemic fibrosis. I had temporary renal impairment/was very dehydrated from heavy physical exertion,,,,once referred to as work,,, days prior to the MRI with 20 ml Omniscan study/was taking diuretics/had a swollen right knee (pro-inflammatory condition) prior to and the hot summer day that I drove 140 miles round trip to have a brain MRI w/gadodiamide contrast study. My liver enzymes have been elevated for over 16 months now, the fibrosing (dark purplish stiff skin) has progressed above my right knee and started up my left leg. I have two clinical diagnosis of NSF and four histology reports that cannot "rule out" NSF.
I have accumulated over 15,000 pages of NSF case specific research and everyone on the NSF plaintiff steering committee is aware of me, I'm the person that found the Bayer executive admission (the train radiologist didn't see coming) of knowledge since the 1980's that there was a problem with the gadolinium contrast(s), specifically Magnivest & GE's Omniscan. He was the co-inventor of Magnivest/Dr. Weinnman.
Have you read/seen the American College of Radiology survey results that I've sent to the plaintiff steering committee?? Discussing 140 confirmed cases of NSF/78 of those cases the GBCM was identified that ONLY 27 radiological units/facilities responded. Only 27 facilities responded and had 140 confirmed cases of NSF,,,,,speaks volume's about the remaining hundreds of radiological units in this country,,,,doesn't it??? These facilities are lying about the deaths of an unknown number of patients. Did you know that any pre-existing inflammatory/fibrosing disease condition occurring within a patient will CAPTURE 6%+ of the gadolinium contrast being administered?? Causing gadolinium induced nephropathy,,,,,,a.k.a. accelerated death from internal organ fibrosing?? Did you know that Dr. Kay at Harvard authored an article that tells the truth about Dr. Cowper’s flawed/biased "nephrogenic" impairment only science. The article was in the Cleveland Journal of Medicine: NSF - things not seen. The disease can & has developed/sometimes fatal in patients that were not officially diagnosed with "nephrogenic impairment", say like the MRA patients that had "normal" creatinine levels at the time of the gadolinium study, but died unexpectedly after had a gadolinium study. Sports medicine is a place to look for clinical evidence of 'temporary renal impairment" up to 7 days after physical exertion/moderate labor intensive work. Professional marathon runners have been documented falsely/illegally manipulating their blood chemistry/creatinine levels with the drug erythropoietin (a drug commonly administered to dialysis patients), they take the drug to hide heavy physical training causing an unsafe degree of renal impairment which when tested, would disqualify them for the actual competition. Dr. Thonpsen in Denmark told me that the chance of developing NSF/capturing-retaining gadodiamide would be according to my degree of temporary renal impairment that day of the gadodiamide exposure, not some "official renal impairment diagnosis". The "nephrogenic" impairment is a scam being sold by Yale and its corporate sponsors. Have you seen/read the NSF discussion that took place in Vienna last year during the European Congress of Radiology convention, to which Dr. Cowper was a guest speaker on the subject of NSF??? All paid for/sponsored by the MDL 1909 defendants.
I could go on & on & on. I have completely offended my counsel that is currently waiting for the court approval of three Bayer plaintiff settlements cases, to which I am the source of that "out of court settlement",,,and they are annoyed at me??? How arrogant has your profession become???
Anyway, I told myself not to communicate with any more law firms, but you are the only "channel" currently available to help save patient lives from this criminal/sinister man-made disease. So, I will send you a cd containing 15,000 pages of almost 12 months of continuous research, full text clinical studies performed by universities/medical centers/the defendants themselves back to 1983, communication with the FDA and GE healthcare showing they were aware of the '"asymptomatic transitory changes in serum iron levels",,,,,a.k.a......transmetallation was taking place and GE was well aware of it,,,,,one reason for the "extra" free chelate in their unstable Omniscan formulation. All I ask is that you don't forget me when the cases begin to settle or at the very minimum refund my mailing cost of sending the cd to you via certified mail or you can FedEx pick it up here at my home. I'm dying of this disease and apparently me being a lifetime blue collar worker-pheasant coupled with my ability to find/obtain/understand/communicate critical evidence to MDL 1909 plaintiff legal community is something they just do not know what to do with,,,,,,you love the case settlements without trials,,,correct??? Then how in the hell can the person providing the crucial evidence in provoking the defendants to settle without going to trial be offending??? If the legal profession/anyone was making me the enormous amount of easy money to be gained from these case settlements,,,they could call me ray/jay/joe/billy bob/pick an offending term-label,,,,,I wouldn't give a damn. So, kick around,,,,,,,,,the cd/case info is real,,,just ask William Hawal, he has received one cd and much more via emails. The choice is now yours. I may need representation if I cannot get my counsel to be more co-operative,,,,,,meaning much less arrogant and more appreciative to another persons real work/real disease/really dying from NSF-GASF/working endless amounts of hours seeking that conviction level of evidence against the defendants, not arrogant mouth running, as if everyone is to damn stupid but them to understand the lethal scam of gadolinium metal being administered to innocent people/patients in this country.

In India very few people knocks the doors of Law for legal redress. Most of the patients doesn't know the reasons for their suffering, side-effects of the medicine etc., Simply they blame the "Fate" for their illness. Nobody bothers to investigate into the side-effects of the medicines. I think this is all because of illiteracy. The Government should take all steps to ensure that right drugs should reach the general public. Nice Article, thanks.
